Innovative Recycled Panaz Fabrics Debut at CDW 2019
Panaz are delighted to be returning to Clerkenwell Design Week to share our newest collections this May.
Underground, a debut collection from Panaz designer, Simon Attard, will launch at this May on an industry first, environmentally responsible recycled contract fabric.
Embracing the latest innovations in flame retardant, recycled fabric, we have created a truly sustainable and environmentally responsible product, both in message and in substance. This launch represents a unique opportunity to raise awareness of environmental issues facing the planet today.
Visually, the Underground collection takes inspiration from graffiti and the street art of 1970’s and 80’s New York, right through to that seen on our city streets today. With current and contemporary designs, Underground is intrinsically stylish with great environmental credentials. This debut collection reflects designs ordinarily associated with counter culture and misguidance, and in name, subtly references the increasingly disposable society and waste issues that we deal with every day, on our streets, underground in landfill, and in our oceans.
“Simon’s designs are the perfect print collection to launch our ground breaking new recycled contract fabric. They are current and relevant, reflecting Panaz’s responsibility to develop environmentally friendly materials and improve sustainability through our business processes. This product is low carbon and eco-friendly and it is only a short matter of time before we develop this through our other collections.” commented Tony Attard, Panaz CEO.
Panaz will be exhibiting from the 21st to 23rd May at Clerkenwell Design Week 2019, on Stand PB3 within the Project Pavilion, hosted in the grounds of Saint James Church, St James Walk, London.
