Ashmere Care Group were looking for fabrics that gave a homely appeal, were of a high standard with choices of fabric that kept them ahead of their competition, to keep them looking innovative and design lead in their Homes.

We have 10 Homes across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire and are a CQC rated 3star luxury Care Home for the elderly here at Sutton Court therefore image and quality are very important to us when choosing our suppliers. Four months ago we undertook to refurbish our downstairs communal areas. We sent a questionnaire out to all our residents and to their visiting family members asking them what they would like to see and have around the home in terms of fabrics, chairs, pictures etc, so it was important for us to choose fabrics that met their criteria as well as ours.
We have used Panaz in the past and have a very good relationship with them and never had any problems. The fabrics are always here when they say they will be, timescales are acceptable, and the staff in the Sales Office are really helpful over the phone. We chose Panaz again because they offered good choice of products in well presented books that still offered good value. The curtain fabrics have worn very well since installation and wash well at high temperatures. Our upholstery is made up by Shackletons using Panaz panvelle and Brookland and look very contemporary especially in our quiet lounge.
